FROM LEARNING TO EARNING

Our program is built in five  practical phases:

Phase 1: Application & Selection

  • Fill out the application form.

  • Applications are reviewed based on system requirements, availability, and motivation.

  • Selected applicants will be added to the official WhatsApp group and portal.

  • You'll receive instructions to complete onboarding and get ready for training.

Phase 2: Core Training (Week 1–2)

  • Learn Adobe Premiere Pro using our structured beginner-friendly courses.

  • Daily tasks, videos, and practice sessions.

  • Watch lessons on your own time, but meet all activity deadlines.

  • Take periodic quizzes to assess your learning.

Phase 3: Practical Project (Week 3)

  • Receive your Main Assignment:
    This is your chance to plan, shoot, edit, and export your first short film.

  • You'll also record your editing process to verify skills and originality.

  • Submit all required files and videos for evaluation.

Phase 4: Review & Feedback (Week 4)

  • Our internal team will assess your video and editing process.

  • You'll receive personalised feedback on your work.

  • Top editors will be shortlisted for job placement and mentorship.

  • If you're not ready yet, you'll get improvement suggestions and another opportunity in future cohorts.

Phase 5: Connection to Paid Opportunities

  • High-performing editors are plugged into The Chyberr Port Framework —
    our system for connecting you to paid, remote video editing jobs.

  • You may be assigned to work with real clients, under supervision at first.

  • As your performance grows, you get full freelance or contract roles.

FAQ

Yes. The training is fully sponsored for selected applicants. However, you’ll need to commit your time, energy, and resources (laptop + internet). Nothing is “free” if you’re not serious.
No. You don’t need prior experience. But you must be ready to learn fast, follow instructions, and complete all assignments. We train both beginners and semi-skilled editors.
We use Adobe Premiere Pro—the industry-standard editing software. You’ll also be exposed to helpful AI tools to speed up your work (e.g. Descript, Runway ML, and more).
Minimum requirement: 16GB RAM Core i5 processor (or higher) A reliable operating system (Windows or macOS) If you don’t have this, you may struggle with performance.
Top-performing students will: Be assigned real jobs within Chyberr Port Be connected to external paid clients Build a portfolio strong enough to pitch to international companies We don’t guarantee jobs—but we do guarantee opportunity. What you get depends on how you show up.
The core training lasts 4–5 weeks, with tasks, assignments, and reviews weekly. Students who make it through may continue into real project assignments and placements for 1–3 months.
It’s a structured online program with: Curated pre-recorded lessons Daily or weekly assignments Peer reviews Mentor feedback Optional weekly live check-ins or review sessions This isn’t a “watch-and-relax” course. It’s performance-based.
